Group Bookings & Policies
To ensure the best experience for your group and our team, please review our booking policies below:
Booking Requirements
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your group’s date and spa exclusivity.
A minimum of 4 guests is required to book any bridal or group package.
Final guest count and any service adjustments must be confirmed no later than 7 days before your scheduled event.
Cancellations & Changes
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 1 week in advance of your scheduled event.
Cancellations made less than 1 week before your event will result in loss of deposit due to staffing, preparation, and exclusive studio closure for your group.
Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to forfeit parts of their service to stay on schedule.
Food & Beverage
Each group will receive 2 bottles of prosecco per 4 guests.
Our seasonal fruit and charcuterie boards will be thoughtfully curated to suit the number of guests.
Outside food and alcohol is not permitted unless previously approved by our team.
Spa Etiquette
Robes and spa slippers will be provided for all guests.
We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to change and settle into the spa.
Custom Add-Ons
Add-ons like fine line tattoos, injectables, or custom gift bags must be requested at the time of booking and are subject to availability.
