The Aesthetic Studio Cancellation Policy
By booking an appointment with The Aesthetic Studio, you agree to the following terms:
CANCELLATIONS
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, a $50 fee will be charged.
This fee must be paid before scheduling a new appointment. If you already have future appointments booked, the fee will be added to your next scheduled service total.
HEAD SPA & PERMANENT MAKEUP
Credit Card on File:
All Head Spa and PMU appointments require a valid credit card at the time of booking.PMU Cancellation Policy:
You must cancel or reschedule PMU appointments at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancelling less than 24 hours before a PMU appointment will result in a $100 charge to the card on file.
NO SHOWS
Any no-show will require payment of 50% of the missed service before rebooking.
A valid credit card will also be required on file for all future bookings.
LATE ARRIVALS
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, it will be automatically canceled.
A late cancellation fee (as outlined above) must be paid prior to rebooking.

Most new clients begin with a complimentary skin consultation to assess your needs. You may fill out our contact form above, call us, or use our online scheduler.

We are available by appointment Tuesday - Friday and every other Saturday.

Free 2 hour parking available in the march + spring parking lot. We also have 4 client only parking spots available if your visit is more than 2 hours!

1 hour before your appointment you will receive a door code to come in when you arrive for your appointment time.

All outdoor shoes are to be removed before coming upstairs, where we will welcome you to wait for your provider in our client lounge.
