The Aesthetic Studio Cancellation Policy

By booking an appointment with The Aesthetic Studio, you agree to the following terms:

CANCELLATIONS

• We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.

• If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, a $50 fee will be charged.

• This fee must be paid before scheduling a new appointment. If you already have future appointments booked, the fee will be added to your next scheduled service total.

HEAD SPA & PERMANENT MAKEUP

Credit Card on File:

All Head Spa and PMU appointments require a valid credit card at the time of booking.

PMU Cancellation Policy:

• You must cancel or reschedule PMU appointments at least 24 hours in advance.

• Cancelling less than 24 hours before a PMU appointment will result in a $100 charge to the card on file.

NO SHOWS

• Any no-show will require payment of 50% of the missed service before rebooking.

• A valid credit card will also be required on file for all future bookings.

LATE ARRIVALS

• If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, it will be automatically canceled.

• A late cancellation fee (as outlined above) must be paid prior to rebooking.
