Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage - Now Available
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle, rhythmic massage technique designed to support the natural movement of lymph fluid throughout the body. Unlike traditional massage, lymphatic drainage uses light, intentional movements to encourage healthy circulation, reduce fluid retention and promote overall wellness.
Performed by Brooklyn, our specialized lymphatic drainage treatments are designed to help you feel lighter, less swollen and deeply relaxed while supporting your body's natural recovery processes.
Whether you're experiencing puffiness, bloating, water retention, post-travel swelling or simply looking to prioritize your wellness, lymphatic drainage can be a beneficial addition to your self-care routine.
Our Starter Pack (8 Sessions)
It is recommended when starting your Lymphatic Drainage Reset Journey to complete 2 sessions weekly for a full month (4 weeks). Then move into maintenance once per month to continue to maintain the amazing benefits full body lymphatic drainage provides for your overall health.
We’ve created a starter pack containing 8 sessions of The 60 Minute Full Body Lymphatic Drainage Massage service. This allows you to complete the recommended amount of sessions to retain the full benefits and properly detox toxins from the body.
The 8 pack expires after 4 weeks and can only be purchased once per client.

MLD HAS SEVERAL BENEFITS:
Reduces Swelling: By encouraging the flow of lymph, MLD can help reduce edema and lymphedema (often seen after surgery) making it particularly helpful for individuals who have had lymph nodes removed as part of cancer tx. Also very beneficial during pregnancy (not during first trimester)
Promotes Healing: By reducing inflammation via removing waste products and delivering nutrients more efficiently, MLD can help tissues heal more quickly and reduce scarring. It is also fluids that pass through your detox organs to help flush them and keep them healthy and functioning properly.
Relieves Pain: Many clients find the gentle movements of MLD soothing, which can help relieve pain and promote relaxation.
Boosts Immunity: The lymphatic system plays a vital role in the body’s immune response. By supporting lymph flow, MLD may help boost the immune system and improve overall health.
Transportation: The lymphatics system transports excess fluid, small plasma proteins, dietary fats, immune cells, and cellular waste to help maintain fluid balance and support immunity.

While MLD can be very beneficial, it is not suitable for everyone.
